T-TESS Calibration #3 is designed to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability in the observation and evaluation process across the district. Campus administrators will conduct calibration observations at selected campuses to strengthen inter-rater reliability, align scoring practices, and provide equitable evaluations of instructional effectiveness.
