This meeting will focus on transition planning for high school students receiving special education services. Topics will include graduation requirements, student transition goals, college and career readiness, employment opportunities, independent living skills, and available community resources. The meeting will also provide guidance on how campus staff can support students and families in preparing for a successful transition from high school to life after graduation.
