This training will be provided by Lott Edu and is designed to provide counselors with practical strategies and tools that can be implemented across our campuses. Restorative practices are an important part of building strong relationships, addressing student behavior proactively, improving school culture, and helping reduce the need for exclusionary disciplinary practices.
