Administrators will meet with grade level staff on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to discuss an array of topics that will ensure student growth and continuous campus improvement.

Teachers will meet on a weekly basis to discuss student progress, grades, and the overall success of our campus. This ill be structured time for teachers to collaborate, share best practices, and analyze stuent data, leading to more effective teaching strategies and improved student otcomes.Our weekly PLCs will foster a sence of community and collective responsibility among teachers, allowing them to support each other in aaddressing challenges and ensuring that all stuents have the opportunity to succeed. We will maintain a focus on continuous improvement, aligining teaching practices with school goals and standrads.

Educators will share ideas to enhance their teaching practice and create a learning environment where all students can reach their fullest potential.

Delia G. Garcia Elementary School Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, Facilitator and Librarian will meet periodically to ensure a focus on learning and continuous improvement. The team will develop, oversee and evaluate school-wide implementation procedures.

Gifted and talented coordinators will be updated on information pertaining to the gifted and talented program.

An NWEA representative will be guiding elementary and secondary teachers on using their BOY and MOY assessment data to inform instructional practices. The morning session will be for elementary teachers and the afternoon will be for the secondary teachers.

Information will be disseminated and discussed date-specific agenda.

Professional learning communities will be held to monitor, trach and analyze academic progress of all students. Teachers will have continuous opportunities to share best teaching practices and to plan the implementation of their team SMART goals.

These meetings are for district directors who are also DIP Committee members and for all DIP committee members.. These meetings include the intial BOY review and revising of the new year DIP and formative and summative EOY review.

The Campus Improvement Plan meetings will be held virtually on Google Meet to do BOY initial review, formative, EOY summative reviews of our progress in our goals, performance objectives, and strategies in our Campus Improvement Plans for the 2024-2025 school year.
