Administrators will meet with grade level staff on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to discuss an array of topics that will ensure student growth and continuous campus improvement.

Teachers will meet on a weekly basis to discuss student progress, grades, and the overall success of our campus. This ill be structured time for teachers to collaborate, share best practices, and analyze stuent data, leading to more effective teaching strategies and improved student otcomes.Our weekly PLCs will foster a sence of community and collective responsibility among teachers, allowing them to support each other in aaddressing challenges and ensuring that all stuents have the opportunity to succeed. We will maintain a focus on continuous improvement, aligining teaching practices with school goals and standrads.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING CLASSES FOR CUSTODIAL AND MAINT.

Educators will share ideas to enhance their teaching practice and create a learning environment where all students can reach their fullest potential.

Delia G. Garcia Elementary School Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, Facilitator and Librarian will meet periodically to ensure a focus on learning and continuous improvement. The team will develop, oversee and evaluate school-wide implementation procedures.

Staff members will have the opportunity to attend a professional development session on the detection and prevention of human trafficking.

Our MTSS-RtI Task Force Planning committee members will meet in person to plan and implement MTSS initiatives at their respective campuses.

Information will be disseminated and discussed date-specific agenda.

Instructional Leadership Building Capacity Monitoring Student Growth

Teachers will work collaboratively in recurring cycles of collective inquiry and action research to achieve better results for the students they serve. This will promote teacher collaboration that increases student achievement.

Professional learning communities will be held to monitor, trach and analyze academic progress of all students. Teachers will have continuous opportunities to share best teaching practices and to plan the implementation of their team SMART goals.

Committee members will create a Title I, Part A LEA Program plan for the 2024-2025 school year.

Plan4Learning representative will be training the Campus Improvement Plan Liaison. The Campus Improvement Plan review is as follows: October 29, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Roma High School and Instructional and Guidance Center) November 7, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Emma Vera Elementary and Veterans Memorial Elementary) December 10, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Roel & Celia Saenz Elementary and Delia Gonzalez Garcia Elementary) January 23, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Roma Middle School and Ramiro Barrera Middle School) February 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Florence J. Scott Elementary and Rafaela T. Barrera Elementary)

These PLCs times will be used to work on the Roma ISD Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI), on our Roma ISD MTSS Handbook-Behavior/Mental Health Section, and our Roma ISD online MTSS Behavior Intervention Menu.

2024-2025 Roma ISD District Meetings for Campus Testing Coordinators

SBDM members will meet once every six weeks to discuss campus CNA, goals, performance objectives and strategies to improve campus morale and student academic achievement.

Parent and Family Engagement (PFE) liaisons will meet throughout the school year to ensure that parent and family engagement policies are documented throughout the 2024-2025 school year.

Gifted and talented coordinators will be updated on information pertaining to the gifted and talented program.

These meetings are for district directors who are also DIP Committee members and for all DIP committee members.. These meetings include the intial BOY review and revising of the new year DIP and formative and summative EOY review.

The Campus Improvement Plan meetings will be held virtually on Google Meet to do BOY initial review, formative, EOY summative reviews of our progress in our goals, performance objectives, and strategies in our Campus Improvement Plans for the 2024-2025 school year.
