Wellness Workshop for Roma ISD Employees

Complete Attendance

Join us for a 90 minute session to gather ideas on working on well-being. Become a better you. Some of the topics may cover an overview on time & stress management, relaxation techniques, meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep & exercise. Some sessions will include use of our full-size labyrinth & essential oils; both sessions will provide a free gratitude journal and a wellness log to all in attendance.
