24-25 TTESS Deep Dive Training

TTESS Appraisers will be trained on collecting evidence to increase the validity of TTESS ratings, rating video lessons and calibrate with peers, practicing coaching conversations with evidence collected from observations, and identifying ways to facilitate sharing TTESS as a coaching and planning tool with teachers.
