This TTESS Refresher workshop will provide a clear understanding of the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS), with a focus on revisiting the rubric and clarifying each component of the appraisal process. Participants will gain insight into expectations, effective instructional practices, and how to use the rubric as a tool for professional growth. This session aims to ensure alignment, transparency, and support as we work together to strengthen teaching and learning across our campus.
