DGG - Student Safety & Crisis Response Training: SOS, Child Abuse Reporting, and Protocols

This essential training session will equip educators and staff with the knowledge and tools needed to recognize and respond to students in crisis. The session will cover the Signs of Suicide (SOS) program, focusing on identifying warning signs of suicidal ideation and guidance on mandatory child abuse reporting laws, including how and when to report suspicions. Additionally, the session will review district crisis protocols, outlining steps for responding to emergencies and protecting student well-being.
