Bilingual Exceptions and ESL Waiver Application -Training and Assistance

A district or charter school that does not have appropriately certified teachers to serve ELs in accordance with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §89.1205 must apply to TEA for a bilingual exception and/or ESL waiver. The application must be submitted by Nov. 1 each year if there is a need for an exception and/or waiver. This workshop will provide step by step guidance and assistance with completing the Bilingual Exception and/or ESL Waiver application.
Participants will receive detailed instructions and assistance in completing the Bilingual Exception and/or ESL Waiver Application that is due by November 1.
Cancellation deadline is October 2, 2020.
