Allowable Use of Bilingual Education Allotment (BEA) and Title III, Part A Funds

LEAs that serve students who are English learners receive supplemental Title III, Part A, and Bilingual Education Allotment (BEA) funds. These funds are provided to ensure that EL students attain English proficiency in academic subjects, and to enable them to meet state mandated achievement performance standards.
This session will guide you through the program requirements, allowable activities and use of funds for Title III, Part A and the Bilingual Education Allotment.
