Not sure what a Summary of Performance (SOP) is or what information it should include? Join us to learn the ins and outs of writing a SOP. The Summary of Performance, with the accompanying documentation, is important to assist the student in the transition from high school to higher education, training, and /or employment. You will need access to your district's online Special Education paperwork management system.
