Circle Up with Restorative Practices 22-23

Restorative Practices are based on building relationships to promote a positive school climate. This is accomplished by addressing student behavior in a way that fosters belonging, social engagement, and meaningful accountability over traditional punitive disciplinary practices. Participants will experience and learn how to implement the use of circles, respect agreements, affective statements, and inclusive decision-making within the campus or classroom. This workshop is specifically for New Summerfield ISD Elementary staff.
