Meal Patterns and Menu Planning

This session will provide participants with the knowledge and understanding of the meal plan and skills necessary to plan food-based menus that meet the meal requirements for the School Meal Programs. Participants will also gain skills and competencies necessary to operate an efficient and compliant program in the (NSLP)National School Lunch/(SBP)School Breakfast Program.
