Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) is open to administrators who are principals or will be evaluating principals using the T-PESS model. The training is designed to develop appraiser understanding of the T-PESS rubric, including how the indicators and descriptors are represented through essential leadership actions.
