Migrant Education Program - Parent Advisory Council

District migrant contacts will understand the guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the MEP and PAC through information provided from the State MEP / PAC as well as the Office of Migratory Education (OME). We will introduce the Texas Service Delivery Plan, discuss the 7 areas of concern for migratory students, as well as train for NGS use with the new ECOE (electronic Certificate of Eligibility). Participants will network with community services in their area and discuss needs particular to migratory children.
