Diagnosis and Treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech 20-21

Childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) is a motor speech disorder that makes it difficult for children to speak. Children with the diagnosis of apraxia of speech generally have a good understanding of language and know what they want to say. Their difficulty stems from a lack of ability to learn or carry out complex sequenced movements to produce intelligible speech. Join us as Breanna Waldrup, M.S., CCC-SLP takes us on a journey to increase our ability to properly evaluate, identify, and serve children with apraxia of speech. Ms. Waldrup graduated from the Apraxia Kids Training Institute (CAS Boot Camp) and is recognized as having Advanced Training and Expertise in CAS. TSHA credit pending.
Attendees will be able to participate in this webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided in the registration confirmation email.
