Implicit Bias Awareness 201

Implicit Bias Awareness (IB 201) emphasizes the organization. This session is a follow-up to Implicit Bias Awareness (IB101). The training will review homework assignments from the IB 101 session; review and discussion centered around the employee life cycle: hiring, talent development, promotion, and exit. A three-step model for addressing implicit bias in organizations will address assessment, awareness, and taking action. Join us as Dr. Bryant Marks leads us by exploring implicit bias and how it can possibly impact performance evaluations, team dynamics, and decision making in the workplace.
