Transition Assessment for Newbies 2021-22

Complete Attendance

The transition process begins with "age-appropriate" transition assessments, but what does this mean? This workshop is designed to help professionals who are new to the area of transition, develop a deeper understanding of the importance of transition assessment, and identify key components of quality assessments. Participants will work collaboratively to explore and evaluate various transition assessments to better meet the needs of the students they serve.
