Improving English language skills and increasing academic achievement of Emergent Bilinguals (EBs) requires collaboration from a “village” of stakeholders. In this online course, determine what qualifies as a parent, family, and community engagement (PFCE) activity under Title III and discover methods and resources to offer unique activities that promote PFCE for the benefit of EBs.
