Superhero Leadership

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Specifically designed for principals and other educational leaders, this presentation examines the superhero skills needed to develop not only super teachers but a super school that strives for excellence at all times. The ability to motivate a faculty, keep up with state standards, manage district discipline, maintain budgets, and a million other responsibilities truly require superhuman abilities. While these tasks can be daunting, leaders can efficiently guide their campus and school to incredible heights when approaching them with a superhero mindset.
