Superhero Leadership

Specifically designed for principals and other educational leaders, this presentation examines the superhero skills needed to develop not only super teachers but a super school that strives for excellence at all times.
The ability to motivate a faculty, keep up with state standards, manage district discipline, maintain budgets, and a million other responsibilities truly require superhuman abilities. While these tasks can be daunting, leaders can efficiently guide their campus and school to incredible heights when approaching them with a superhero mindset.
