New Teacher: Becoming an Effective Teacher is a three-day series for equipping new teachers - those with three years experience or less - with the skills necessary to effectively lesson plan, manage the classroom, and monitor instruction. Day 2: Assessments do not have to be scary! Participants will dig into data, including how to use data to enhance lessons and how to use formative assessments to drive instruction.
