The self-assessment series of online courses is for all educators to evaluate and improve their educational programs and outcomes for students with disabilities. The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of secondary transition. We will look at the transition process as it pertains to TEA’s self-assessment document and quality programming. Additional resources and online courses are provided for a deep dive into specific topics.
