The 2021 Statewide Partners Institute will be a Training of Trainers focusing on the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) overview and will include Targeted Improvement Plan creation using the Web-Based TIP (806 Technologies) with grant requirements.

Required attendees are all ESC staff that will be presenting the ESF/TIP overview in their regions in the Fall of 2021.
