How Do You Pre-Assess in Mathematics? What Do You Do With the Data? Grades K-12

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

We know we have students with gaps and unfinished learning in mathematics. How can we as educators best determine what needs to be embedded, retaught, and spiraled? Pre-assessing students' level of understanding is critical for our students' success this school year. The workshop will help you develop valid pre-assessments and learn how to use the data to meet students' needs. Participants will develop a method to examine the data then build small groups and stations to move students to higher levels of achievement and close the gaps. This workshop is offered via face-to-face or distance learning.
