Migrant Education Program - Parent Advisory Council

District migrant contacts will understand the guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the MEP and PAC through information provided from the State MEP / PAC as well as the Office of Migratory Education (OME). We will introduce the Texas Service Delivery Plan, discuss the 7 areas of concern for migratory students, as well as train for TX-NGS use with the new ECOE (electronic Certificate of Eligibility). Participants will network with community services in their area and discuss needs particular to migratory children.
