Sumners Institute: The American History Challenge: (11th Grade)

This 12-hour institute is designed to address TEKS that are challenging to 11th-grade students including Gilded and Progressive Eras, New Deal, Cold War, and Civil Rights. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from scholars and consultants who demonstrate student learning through a variety of activities. Join us and experience hands-on lessons that allow learners to engage with the content and gain a deeper understanding of our nation's history. Explore lessons and strategies that support student success and enrich the existing curriculum. Participants receive access to all materials upon completion of the course.
