Procurement Training for Purchasing Cooperative Members
Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.
Members will gain general knowledge on the cooperative bidding and procurement process. Offered by Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative. The training is non-credited and open to all school staff involved in the procurement process.
1. Will be more aware of state and federal procurement requirements.
2. Will be more knowledgeable of the bidding processes required by TEC, TDA, and EDGAR.
3. Will have the skills to implement an internal process for procurement document retention.
4. Will have the skills of accountability for spending federal and state funds.

Workshop Fee will be charged to those who fail to show for a workshop.
To avoid the charge, Staff Development contacts for this workshop must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date.
Cancellation must include name, workshop # and email address.
The reservation date for this workshop does not match the
current active fiscal year code for the billing account selected.
