EC Coaching and Reflecting on Best Practices

Complete Attendance

During in-person or virtual coaching, we will follow the coaching cycle to support you as you hone your teaching practices. We will observe a lesson and engage in a two-way coaching conversation. After you reflect and choose an area of focus, we will work together to develop an action plan. We will be available for support as you work through your action plan. Finally, we will schedule a follow-up classroom visit and conversation. Please email our team directly to register for this session.
