This session is part 2 of a 3 part series. In this session, participants will engage in activities and discussions reflecting Part II (chapters 4-6) of The End of Average by Todd Rose. " Are you above average? Is your child an A student? Is your employee an introvert or extrovert? Every day, we are judged according to how close we come to, or how far we deviate from the yardstick of averages." Grades, test results, norm-referenced scores, and other methods are used to reveal our potential, but what if they don't? In this book, Todd Rose will prove that "no one is average...and will help us to take advantage of individuality."
