Workshop Registration Details

Participants in the Data-Driven Instruction Cohort will engage in Face to Face Training, Implementation Support, and Principal Supervisor Coaching Sessions.

**Participants will be registered after Region 7 receives a signed Customized Service Agreement naming all leaders engaging in training**

In this two-day session, campus leadership teams will learn how to help their teachers find more time in the day. How? You ask? Simple - by spending less time teaching their students what they already know and more time on what their students need. Campus leaders will also lock in answers to the following questions:
How do I know my students are learning?
If they aren’t, what do I do?

In this hands-on, minds-on session, leaders will engage with an easy-to-replicate data protocol developed by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo. Participants will receive copies of both Driven by Data 2.0 and Leverage Leadership 2.0 to facilitate deeper D.D.I. implementation within their districts. Teams will receive monthly implementation support and coaching after their initial face-to-face engagement.

Leadership teams should include a team of three (principal manager, principal, and another campus leader.)
