Join us for this two-part session presented by TASBO! Does your school district have a board-approved stipend and extra-duty pay schedule? If so, do the stipend amounts truly represent the qualifications, time commitment, and duties of the staff assigned to serve in those capacities? In the morning portion of this workshop, we will explore best practices in developing a stipend pay scale and stipend job descriptions. In the afternoon session, we will explore best practices and processes for monitoring and completing federal and state grant drawdowns.
