TIL - Lesson Alignment and Formative Assessment Cycle 1 (Chapel Hill Cohort)

Campus leadership teams will engage in two different training cycles (3 total days) from the work of Paul Bambrick Santoyo's Leverage Leadership 2.0. Cycle 1 will consist of two days focused on the Lesson Alignment Protocols and Leader Monitoring of Lesson Alignment with rollout and implementation planning for campus leadership teams. Cycle 2 will consist of an additional day and a half focused on Formative Assessment Protocols and Leader Monitoring of Formative Assessment later in the spring.

Leadership teams should include a team of three (principal manager, principal, and another campus leader.)
Teams registering for Cycle 1 will engage in monthly coaching and support as they implement. Teams registered for Cycle 1 will automatically be registered for Cycle 2 - when there is evidence of successful Cycle 1 implementation.
