MTSS: Evidenced-Based Instructional Practices for ALL 22-23

Do we intervene, accommodate, or modify? We all learn differently and it is hard sometimes to know the difference. The Public School K-12 Law, ESSA, requires another "mind shift" for classroom instruction. Universal Tier 1 instruction should include several common practices that are designed to meet the needs of all learners. How do we support school improvement and improve outcomes for students when there isn't a "one size fits all" program? This workshop will challenge your current practices as we deep dive into the evidenced-based research that supports access for all students to grade-level curriculum, inclusion, differentiation, removing barriers, students with different learning styles, students with disabilities, and more. Laptops or electronic device is encouraged.
This workshop is for Harmony ISD Intermediate staff.
