Communication may be our life’s work, but difficult conversations are still DIFFICULT! With other tasks and stressors vying for our limited time and resources, it is easy to put off having a difficult conversation in the hopes that the problem will go away. Unfortunately, the longer we avoid hard conversations, the larger the problem becomes. This presentation will provide a solution-oriented, step-by-step approach to starting and managing difficult conversations. Imagine a workplace with less stress, increased trust, and better outcomes for everyone. You’ve got this!

Attendees will be able to participate in this webinar from their district. Workshop materials and an access code for entering the webinar will be provided prior to the scheduled date. Course certificates and certificate links within your staff development records will be available 10 days after the course end date and the posting of credit hours. TSHA credit will be offered.
