Effective Schools Framework training - Gilmer Elementary

Campus teams will learn how the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) provides a clear vision for what schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all students. As participants study the ESF framework and its 5 Levers, they will unpack how Effective Instruction, Strategic Staffing, and High-Quality Instructional Materials are all supported and leveraged by systems of Strong School Leadership and Planning. Participants will be trained in the high leverage practice of Lesson Alignment and Formative Assessment, and begin to set action steps for the upcoming school year.
