Workshop Registration Details

Campus leadership teams will learn how to develop strong systems for regular observation of teachers and provide timely feedback. Through practice-based professional development and implementation support, campus and district leaders will learn Paul Bambrick-Santoyo's protocol to guide effective instructional practices in every classroom. Leaders will learn how to guide teachers to see a model of success, name a bite-sized action step, and take immediate action that supports growth and development.

Participants will receive copies of both Get Better Faster and Leverage Leadership 2.0 to facilitate implementation within their districts.
At the conclusion of Day 1 - participants will schedule their Day 2 of campus Instructional Rounds and Practice Lab with the ESC TIL Coach.
After Days 1 and 2 of training campus leaders will be coached by their district Principal Coach as the ESC provides implementation support.

Leadership teams should include a team of three (principal manager, principal, and another campus leader.)
