This East Texas Educational Diagnosticians' Association-sponsored workshop is a legal update for evaluators. We will address case law addressing special education issues and legal updates. Jan Watson, Attorney with Walsh Gallegos Trevino Kyle & Robinson, P.C., will provide practical recommendations to help districts maintain compliance.
Attendees will be able to participate in the webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided by ETEDA to approved/paid participants. No TSHA credit will be offered for this session.
