Safe Feeding and Swallowing in the School Setting (23-24)

Emily Homer, M.A., CCC-SLP will discuss how teams can ensure students with feeding and/or swallowing disorders are provided adequate nutrition and hydration in the school setting. Topics discussed will include IDEA requirements, legal and ethical issues, responsibilities of a safe-swallowing and feeding team, how to work with families, documentation, and interventions.
Attendees will be able to participate in person or in this webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided after payment is received.
