Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) Overview

This training is designed for district and campus personnel whose campuses are new to school improvement for the 23-24 school year. Participants will understand the elements needed to develop a strong Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) in order to improve student outcomes. The focus of this session will be on developing a quality TIP aligned to the Effective Schools Framework essential actions. Participants should include the DCSI, campus principal, and campus leadership team members.
