Lead to Succeed: The Communication and Leadership Series

The School Nutrition Foundation’s LEAD to Succeed™ Initiative was made possible through a USDA grant to create workforce tools and training developed specifically for school nutrition professionals seeking to Learn, Educate, Advance, and Develop in the school nutrition field.
This two-day face-to-face session will dive into SNA's Communication for Impact series and the Leadership Growth series. Participants will participate in engaging activities to improve communication, marketing, and customer service skills and be provided with effective tools to approach challenging conversations in the workplace. The Leadership series is specifically designed to improve management skills and practices needed to effectively build, manage, and lead a team.
