G/T 6-Hour Update: Empowering Students Through Social-Emotional Learning and Goal Setting - Gilmer ISD

This workshop is designed to provide educators with practical strategies to support their students in developing social-emotional skills and in setting and achieving meaningful goals. Social-emotional learning (SEL) is critical for student success, and goal setting is a powerful tool for promoting self-awareness, self-regulation, and motivation. Participants will examine the characteristics and qualities of educational environments that impact social and emotional strengths and needs of gifted learners. Participants will leave this workshop with practical ideas and resources to support their gifted learners and a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to empower their students to succeed academically and personally. This workshop is exclusively for employees of Gilmer ISD.
