This session is specifically designed for Principal Managers / DCSI that will be supporting campus principals as they implement Total TIL Instructional Leadership practices and protocols.
This half-day session will focus on the roles and responsibilities of principal managers which include observing and coaching principals in their core leadership tasks as well as progress monitoring fidelity of implementation.
