This is Day 3 of a 3-Day Series for Principal Managers, who will be leading the work of Texas Instructional Leadership within their LEA. In this 1/2 day session, participants will unpack principles of change management, monthly maps for instructional leadership, and strategies for effective principal coaching. Principal Managers will also be provided time and guidance for action planning specific to their LEA and the Texas Instructional Leadership work.
