Transitioning to the New TEKS and Implementation - Carthage Middle School

We will examine the background, rationale, and content of the new 2024-2025 Science TEKS to prepare for implementing high-quality K-12 science instruction. Explore the changes to the TEKS, such as integrating science and engineering practices (SEPs) and recurring themes and concepts (RTCs). During the afternoon, we will work together to explore the new TEKS Resource System platform and begin preparing for the upcoming school year. Come ready to collaborate and contribute!
