Field Supervisor Observation Training

This training is designed for field supervisors who support clinical or internship teachers. Participants will become familiar with the EPP Field Supervisor Observation Cycle based on the Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System. Participants will review and practice coaching strategies; learn to collect data to facilitate conferences, and develop a conceptual understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a field supervisor in relation to the T-TESS rubric.
