G/T: 6-Hour Update: Elementary Science Sleuths: Unveiling the Mystery of the Wicked Witch

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Join us as we dive into the world of forensic science to uncover "Who Killed the Wicked Witch of the West?" Participants will explore the physical properties of matter, such as mass, volume, relative density, and electrical conductivity, through a series of hands-on experiments designed to engage students in critical thinking and scientific inquiry.

Teachers will not only learn how to facilitate these experiments but will also delve into strategies for incorporating depth and complexity into their lessons. The session will focus on how to challenge students to think like scientists, make connections between concepts, and apply their knowledge to solve real-world problems. Educators will leave with practical tools and resources to create a dynamic and enriching science experience in their classrooms.
