Are you ready to ignite your leadership skills and drive transformative change in your school community? Look no further!

This leadership series is designed for both district and campus leaders along with their leadership teams to participate in a DEEP DIVE into the KEY PRACTICES and SUCCESS CRITERIA found in Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning of the Effective Schools Framework.

Topics will include:
* Day 1 - Vision, Accountability Goal Setting, Roles and Responsibilities
* Day 2 - Coaching, Change Management, and Psychological Safety
* Day 3 - Master Scheduling, Enabling Systems, and Principal Manager Coaching
* Day 4 - Progress Monitoring, Break-out sessions for TIL On-Ramps, LASO Launch, or ESF Diagnostics

Campuses who have received a federal school improvement designation are required to attend. Team members should include the principal, the DCSI, and at least one other instructional leader from the campus.
