Tech Talk: What Are Our Students Missing?

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

As technology becomes more deeply woven into students’ lives, it’s important to ask: What might they be missing? This collaborative workshop invites middle school educators to reflect on how digital tools and constant connectivity may be impacting students’ attention, communication skills, creativity, and emotional development. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, participants will explore the trade-offs of tech use in and out of the classroom and consider how we can help students find a healthier, more balanced relationship with technology. By the end of this session, educators will leave with practical strategies and insights to better support their students in navigating the digital landscape.
