Description

In this workshop, participants will receive information about topics in mental health that include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicide, and substance use. Additionally, they will learn about the neurobiology of trauma and anxiety, self-regulation techniques, and tips and strategies that school staff can use to recognize mental health struggles and support students experiencing mental health struggles.
