This work session will engage District Leadership Teams for MTSS and Inclusive Practices in a self-assessment needs analysis. Using data to assess the system's current state will identify strengths, challenges, and areas in need of improvement within the district. When data is used to identify organizational needs, solutions turn into action plans to set up the necessary infrastructure and resources to support a systemic change approach. This workshop is for Quitman ISD staff.
