Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Data Submission: Final Steps and Forward Planning

This session bridges reflection and preparation by focusing on readiness for the October 2026 TIA data submission and the upcoming year of data capture. Participants will review prior-year data issues or skews, examine TIA data using TEA’s data analysis tool, ensure alignment between application and submission data, and identify common errors to avoid. The session will also preview Value-Added Measures (VAM) information that districts are expected to receive in September.
The afternoon will be dedicated work time for participants to focus on their TIA data submission and/or planning for the upcoming school year, with TIA specialists available to provide guidance and support.
